"Dodged a bullet not moving here. Their customer service is absolutely horrible! They don’t answer questions and rely on a third party screening company to determine if you can live there - no remedy if your background isn’t spotless. Just nope and then they won’t talk to you anymore at all. Imagine how horrible they will be once you are trapped there on a lease and there isn’t anything you can do about it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Plus with all these new builds they are cheaply built and you will hear everything from your neighbors - and I mean everything so if you like quiet - don’t pick a new build complex. In Response: Look at the new building codes: wood from the foundation up meaning nothing between the floors but wood. I had less noise between floors in a two story house than in all these new build apartments because of the new building codes. That is a fact that can't be disputed and has nothing to do with structural integrity of the building. This info comes straight from those responsible for approving buildings for occupancy when I asked about the new building codes and noise. As for me calling three times, I haven't. I emailed and called one time. If you can't respond factually, best not to respond at all. And don't worry or bother to reach out to me - I would never want to live at a property that treats people like I have been treated. We forget that it's not all about making a sale - it's about being decent human beings and actually caring about people that you come in contact with."

"I don't feel the application process was ethical. I believe they denied us because they wanted Application fees. They gave away the apartment we applied for, before we even submit our applications. The apartment was not there on the website this morning when I submit the application.. The prices also changed over night. Took a screenshot, thought nothing of it. Then I get a denial. I am requesting my money back and I have screenshots from this morning before. I will remove my rating when I feel that we met a fair agreement. When we asked why they said they did not know and to call a company to ask. We had perfect rental history at two apartment complexes. Yet nobody asked for that information. Our rent was more expensive, and we made less. For luxury apartments. A lot does not add up."
