"I am really upset I put in a application and was denied and was mailed a refund check of 250 that no one will cash. I have not gotten any responses this week from Lori about my refund check being re-issued. Please do not apply to this apartment complex unless you know for sure you will be approved because it is a nightmare to get your refund-PLEASE BEWARE- I was only given a corporate office number which is just a voicemail. It has been 30 days and still no resolution on my refund check"

"We have been renting here since January of this year 2023 and I would like to start off by saying it was extremely overpriced but we had an emergency move. We had to give 2x months deposit upon move in. We were just recently offered an renewal and our rent was increased $70 plus $119 amenities which is their best offer for 15 months renewal. Rents are going down right now. I was given another better offer on another unit that would be coming soon. Here's the catch: I have to give the same deposit I originally gave which is 2x months rent again for this new apartment offer. I also am not able to transfer my original deposit nor will they except a lower deposit. Also they have a concession offering new renters one month free and of course I am not eligible for that as well. We were never originally offered any concession either. Our current lease is for $1807 monthly for their upgraded 2×2. So we would have to give $3,614 to stay in the same complex but different apartment and we are not breaking any lease. They will not re-run credit either. We find this extremely unfair, unprofessional, and honest outrageous. Please really consider all factors with so much competition for rentals being offered."

"If you want to deal with shootings, mold, theft of catalytic converters from your vehicles, unsupervised small children wandering the complex, unkept amenities, noise at all times of the day and night, homeless people sleeping in their cars, roaches and piles of trash come live here. Oh and let’s not forget the 2000.00 rent and a problem with yellow water consistently plus power outages, random inspections for no reason and constantly cut utilities for “maintenance “. Plus raccoons, cars speeding through and so many other issues this might be the place for you!!!"

"Way to expensive for what you get and ALL THE EXTRA stuff they charge you for. Rent a house forget this place. I would give a zero. My ac is broke monthly. Appliances are all rusted out. The shower is so bad you can see the wall. No one will help they just try just worthless fix so they won't have to spend money. Don't live here. Run away. The maintenance has walked in on my daughter changing her clothes."

"THIS IS HORRENDOUS! I’ve been meaning to come see these apartments at night to get a feel of the ambience. I parked out side and someone let me in without asking which is already a bad start. No type of security. Then going through the building this is what i saw. I saw like ten just walking all together and two separated.They were going up and down the stairs up to the 3rd floor and back building by building. I saw some people outside and tried to warn them but instead they warned me. They told me this place is always like this which is incredibly dangerous! They also said there is an ant, cockroach, and gnats problem. I’m just warning people who are trying to get a place like me. This is also incredibly dangerous for any kids around. Parents who come home late with there kids or if you for any reason have to go out at night. They where also scratching some cars and hiding under them. Again this is HORRIBLE! Will definitely not be renting here!"
