"This was an amazing place to live. I’ll remember the memories I made here for years. The apartments are beautiful and having Gemini Springs right behind it makes for a great Saturday walk. The staff is phenomenal as well. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful and always making improvements to the community such as adding an artificial turf dog park recently and screening in the breezeways. Finally, the amenities are top notch - a 24/7 gym with actual free weights and a pool to jump in afterward. This was one of my best decisions living here. Would definitely recommend!"

"My family and I have lived here for 2.5 years. We love this place and the staff. Everyone is so professional and quick to resolve issues. Any maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner. The amenities are phenomenal and they are always improving things around the complex. I highly recommend this complex for single individuals, couples, and families with children. They recently installed screens on the exposed areas of the building to keep bugs out of common areas (hallways) and it has solved the issue entirely! We couldn’t be happier living here."

"I have absolutely loved living here. From the front office staff to the maintenance staff everyone has been so welcoming and very fast to handle anything. The property is beautiful and quiet! The apartment itself is in amazing condition and coming from being a homeowner for 20 years I cannot have expected better. "I have had nothing but good experiences since moving here. I had maintenance come out and Lionel was amazing. He was polite, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. On a side note, Madison, my leasing consultant was exactly the same way when I was moving in. I love all the extra activities that are planned for us. Food trucks, pool parties and trivia nights. I love living here. Would highly recommend."

"Integra 289 Exchange is the place to be. Arin was amazing and helped me every step of the way. I loved my apartment and had the best view. The grounds are taken care of and any work order was completed the day of. The area is up and coming and very clam and peaceful. There are trails and amazing parks near by and it is near downtown Sanford. It was also an easy commute because it is right off I4. Overall, I loved my experience here!"
