"The worst place to ever live in. They charge you almost $2000 a month for the worst apartment ever it’s infested with roaches and insects. The neighbors are very loud and not respectful at all. My neighbors used to smoke weed and drink right in front of my door and always their eyes on my apartment I told him about it they did nothing about it, the hot water wasn’t working. They also did nothing about it. I had to pay for my own pocket to fix it. The roaches were really bad to the point that you used to crawl to my fridge. My fridge was full of roaches and I had pictures of them. Send them the pictures , they never came and sprayed the apartment at all. I Had cameras In the house and I have proof that they never came and sprayed and and I also have many emails and Service request about many things that they never came and got it done but they always replied with an email that they did, and now after I had They’re asking me to pay almost $4000 to them and this is definitely not going to happen if you love your life don’t ever go live there"
"DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE MOST GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE Maintenance pressures you to leave good reviews whenever they have to come visit (extremely frequently, we'll get into those details in a second). They give you little room to say no and ask repeatedly and forcefully to make you very uncomfortable. I have always refused to leave a positive review but when maintenance asks, I just say "yeah, I got you later" until they finally leave. Most of them are nice guys just doing their job so this isn't a shot at them, but rather at those in charge who make those decisions. - Part 1/2 - Part 2 under other Tristan Taylor acc. To begin with our issues here, I'll continue talking about maintenance here since we have already started. Anytime that the team shows up to make repairs, they are always rushing and NEVER listen to your input as if they know what the problem already is. There is a language barrier sometimes, but with enough patience from both sides we would definitely be able to communicate properly and make the appropriate repairs. This is not the case. We have had several floods in the bathroom, our water cooler leaked and caused a massive flood of our carpets, our A/C stopped working overnight and our apartment was over 88 degrees for 7 hours, our dishwasher frequently breaks, there is an extremely bad roach problem which you are going to have to take care of yourself - pest control is supposed to come every week but has only come one time. He told me that he did not know if the spray was safe for pets and that I should do whatever I think is best. Let that sink in. A PROFESSIONAL told me that he "wasn't sure" if the chemicals were safe for pets. They never did come back to spray and it has been months of us pressuring and putting in service requests. When the A/C broke in the middle of the night, maintenance called me and asked me to perform a bunch of tasks before he had to drive over because he was not on property and was 40 minutes away. I did some of those tasks, but refused to continue once I saw the state of the unit. It was in absolutely horrible condition and I sent them pictures to show them. They said that it is entirely normal and not to worry. He arrives, changes a filter and tells us to turn the unit off for awhile and wait for it to fix itself. I have included pictures down below and before you ask, no, they have not come to clean the A/C unit like they have mentioned several times and yes, it has been leaking onto our carpet near the bedroom door for over 6 months. How did they respond to the carpet flood, you may ask? They typically come to assess the situation and then return with blower fans to dry the carpet. That's it. There is visible mold under our carpet near that specific leak and they have shrugged it off several times. Recently a maintenance team member came to visit for the same leak again, and said that the A/C unit may need replaced and that they would also clean out our vents for us in a couple of days (there is visible mold near the vents, which he said was only dust but they would clean anyway. It is not dust, it does not clean off, I have tried several times). They never did return to complete those promises. This is all I can add to this review as I have hit the character limit but does not mean the issues with this place are limited to just that. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place for the sake of you & your family's health."
"RUN AWAY THIS PLACE IS LEAVING FAKE REVIEWS IN WHICH REALITY THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! Maintenance doesn’t do anything!! And when they do, it’s every 3-5 months and force tenants to leave a “review” on their site! The manager of maintenance heavily pressures tenants and will wait outside until the review is left, if there is no review, he will knock until something is posted! This please is a death trap for your wallet! It will flood if it rains and if your car gets damaged they don’t care. Cars get broken into and they don’t care. If you leave something in the front porch they will charge you additional fees. There are roaches everywhere and RATS! And they will try to make you pay for damages caused by them! Amenities like the pool that have been OUT OF SERVICE for several MONTHS. All you are going to get is a “ We’re are sorry you didn’t enjoy our service we are always trying to give all of our guest a wonderful time” and then NOTHING! Please save your breath. This isn’t a luxury home it’s a motel room."
"I tried to be positive about this place. & I tried not to write another review, but I feel like on my heart I have to because I was pressured to write a review right when we moved in. Firstly, two of the staff members are very lovely human beings. They made all my stresses feel easier. They really care about their residents. The layout of the apartments are nice as well. But we dropped off our deposit early (not knowing I needed to hang onto it bc it was my first apartment) & Asia was not there so Aouda asked what she could help with. I handed her my key order and she wrote the apt # on it and didn’t put it in our folder. Just on her desks and shoo’d me away when I went to ask question and confirm it was okay I dropped it off early. We moved apt numbers due to the original apartment not being ready. Come move in day, our money order was lost. But thankfully staff a member remembered me come in & drop it off. Two months later, the money order is still missing and a staff member is saying we need to pay it again because it’s our fault. I politely refused and went to Amscot & they said it was cashed by a Wells Fargo account. Months later, the day before our wedding a staff member calls me and states I need to come pay the double rent (deposit + rent) - I went in there fuming because I’m trying to get ready for the most important day of my life. She tells me she doesn’t have time to be investigating and has other things to do. I leave. The next day (our wedding day) my aunt-in-law who works with the banks along with my mother who is an officer go up there with other family member in between our ceremony and the reception and ask about the missing money order. And they found it. They put it on the wrong account. After 6 months of hounding us. That is not all. I had a very nasty, moldy storage closet outside. Never fixed. I asked multiple times. During hurricane ian, our car flooded. The whole complex had some sort of flooding. The water was over the hood of our Nissan Altima. We were not notified that this was a flood zone. No accommodations were made by GoDoller. We had to be carless for one month & get a new car that had a high payment when our car was completely fine with an amazing payment. All because there was no notifications. There’s more… So we had extremely loud neighbors. We both worked from home and they could hear the talking, the barking, banging, and stomping. We lasted about 7 months with this before we went to the leasing office WITH RECORDINGS OF IT. We were told my Christian that he is bias because he is hispanic (our neighbors were Hispanics, we are African American) & if we said anything to them we would need to transfer our apartment. Two more things… Our AC all of a sudden started freezing and they refused to add Freon or fix it. I have asthma and respiratory issues and the heat makes it worse. We couldn’t cook food, or even take a hot shower or our apt, mainly the back bedroom would be hot and the AC would go to 76-80 degrees in the evening and not come down. Our electric bill went from $120-$140 to $300. Also, the toilets mold. And smell super bad and there is in fact a roach problem. AND our sink was clogged with a big mat of hair that was probably from years ago. Yes we had to pull it out. The icing on the cake. Our apartment flooded, the bathtubs & sinks too. We wet vac’d our 40 gallons of water from our house because maintenance came and said they couldn’t do anything until the morning. The water had human poop and pee in it. Also, they refused to clean it. My husband had to clean it. They told him “you can just use bleach, but be careful because it’s biohazard.” Also, when they went to clean the carpet they told the carpet people not to clean it, just dry it but he was like no this is biohazard and cleaned it for us. God bless him. All in all, these apartments could have potential, but love and care doesn’t go into this community. They are not luxury & are overpriced. Also, you pay gate fees and the gate never closes nor works. So happy we moved!"
