"I’m in the process of moving from Detroit to Orlando, and it’s been a plan in the works for a few months. I began with a list of almost 40 properties within the area I wanted to move, slowly crossed it down to eleven, then made a quick two-day trip to tour the final eleven in person. The final list was comprised entirely of wonderful properties, so the Leasing Agent played a role in directing my preference when providing my site tour. Valeria was remarkably impressive. It was the best tour I received during my visit. I have not made the decision of where my new home will be, but if it was solely based on the kindness, knowledge, and impression of the leasing agent, The Addison would be my home. "Drove here three times 1hr 30 min to view a 3 Bedroom. Was not ready for viewing the first two times, despite being told it would be. Third time they refused to show it to us because it was 10 min before closing. Removed this from our list of considerations due to the poor service of the staff. If they can't be bothered to show you an apartment then they aren't going to bother when there is an issue in the future."
