When i was having an allergic reaction due to the prior resident having a dog, they scheduled a duct cleaning for us immediately. Weekly food trucks, monthly activities. The resident events are always great and create a great sense of community. Our apartment is very clean and kept up which is nice having come from a college town where they do not care how a place looks. Maintenance does a great job at fixing issues quickly and they keep the entire complex looking nice at all times. I highly recommend living here!"

"We have been here for about 4 months and are enjoying it. It had good location. The office people are very helpful. I speak Portuguese and the office has a lady named Luciana that helps me alot. The application process is long but with it. The dog park is nice and they keep us informed about events and repairs. Our apartment had smelly carpet and they replaced it when we moved in. They are doing good at keeping the complex nice. The gym is great and the pool is nice."
