"The community is nice. Samantha was very helpful & very patient. She made sure I had all the information I needed. Great customer service"
"Do not get trapped here let me start by saying the apartment prices right now are extremely over priced extremely the apartments inside are very very outdated 2000s and horrible carpeting i have asked multiple times for AC to be fixed only to have someone who is lazy and does not want to do there job tell me that it is because i am on the second floor and because the roof and attic bring to much heat and that my home will never be cooler then 76 degrees due to this. They also have new maintenance that comes in almost every month constantly re hiring and constantly new people how can you trust that? Why are they leaving? What do they know that the residents don't? Fees don't get me started on that fees every single chance they get and i mean every chance. They claim to be low income but how can you charge us these ridiculous fees at every opportunity given. New management came in and took away half the dumpsters so its constantly dirty and over filled. Why change something that was never broken for what ? To help save money for managements bonuses? If you have visitors god forbid they stay the night they will tow you with no warning what so ever and the towing company is probably the worst of the worst. Due to the outdated cooling system i have not had a month of electric since living here that it is less then $400 do you understand how crazy that is for the size of apartments under 1k sq feet and its not even cool inside i will literally sweat so much inside my apartment that sometimes being outside even in the heat of summer is cooler then inside the apartment. The traffic to leave the complex is probably one of the worst things as well you will literally sit at the entrance for 5-7 minutes during peek which is usually 8a-10a and 3-8pm everyday so dont ever leave the house late as leaving the neighborhood itself is a hassle. If i had to say one positive thing at least in the building we reside in, the neighbors are friendly and great cannot speak for the other buildings. I would not recommend living here and especially not for the jacked up prices the new management brought in i can 100% assure you there is nicer for the same exact pricing. Oh and whoever is saying the management at the office is pleasant clearly hasnt had a complaint yet cause they will literally laugh in your face both of them and be little the hell outa you they dont care about you and that is why multiple apartments are vacant at this time. I have lived here longer then most of those "good" reviews so im almost positive the residents that have left good reviews were most likely offered some type of discount to write them as i can assure you the horrors of management are much more worse then you can imagine if greed was a person it would be the new management. Also new management came in and took about half the trash cans that were always there 3 years previously that i lived there im guessing to cut back on costs and now this is what you get to see everyday living here"
"Lisa Marie in the front office is terrible. This was my first apartment and it has been a horrible experience. Lisa is rude, unhelpful and makes me want to move asap. Maintenance is a joke. Apartment is a joke. It’s 2023 not 1975. Hate it here and wish I moved before I signed a new lease. Oh btw she will also send an email saying no towing for thanksgiving to accommodate but will damn sure still have your car towed so she’s also a liar on top of being a horrible human being. She has not empathy and almost wants you to be miserable just like her. Horrible. 0/10. Especially young people please don’t move here. Not a good experience."
"Front desk not helpful at all. I was dropping off a family member in the early hours of the morning from the airport found a parking spot and back into it to help her unload. Went to the apartment with her cause she had some thing for me I wasn’t gone for long at all, super short pop in but when I went to leave my car had been towed. Apparently you can’t back into a parking spot although we were unloading. Spoke to someone at the leasing office who said I should be mad at my cousin for not telling me. It is not her responsibility to tell every single person that wants to visit her to tell them about the parking rules. Yes she signed a lease that informed her what the rules are but it is NOT her responsibility to tell everyone. That is on the COMPLEX itself by having to provide signs. Absolutely no info at all where to get my car. Leasing was closed but they don’t even have it posted on the door incase it happened to someone else. I had to contact the police to tell me where my car was taken. There is NO sign indicating that you can’t back in. They have signs in the visitor parking which is in the back of the complex so if you don’t have to go to the back you would never know! Had to pay $125 to get my car back for backing into a spot. Who tows a car for that? Anything to make money. Lady stated it was so they can see if registration or expired or a car is stolen so if that’s the case don’t be cheap and hire security. Don’t just tow cars for backing into a spot. That should be the LEAST of their worries because I’ve seen several cars get their rims stole, hit, theft, and apparently one apartment even has gun shot holes. So get security instead! Not a single sign anywhere in the neighborhood about parking except for the back of the complex which if you have no business back there you would never know. Any signs in these photos are for handicapped or reserved. Filing a claim against this complex this week."
"Shout out to miss Samantha. I am new to the area and she made my move in process stress free. the maintenance man was was quick and reliable. Beautiful, clean and quiet property across the board. Update : Car gets towed for not having updated plates even tho my tags/registration are up to date online. But it never once got towed for not having a parking decal. It was a hassle trying to retrieve my car because the tow address on the sign is inaccurate and the number listed goes directly to voicemail 98% of the time. Few Months later my passenger window gets busted out. Probably by the nightly dumpster divers. Who knows. Nothing was stolen but they attempted too. Then a trash fee for alleged maintenance having to remove trash from in front of my door. pool seems to never be open. And the “Gym” is a joke. But still a quiet community"
