They promptly replies to the residents request.They go above and beyond to resolve the issues. The maintenance team respectfully keeps up with their maintenance duties & completes the task needed on a timely manner."

"Dianna Hunt I have been trying to call - email and I email rent concords about my $300 holding fee- NO one has responded- the sad thing is that had no problem taking my application fee and holding fee- I was approved on 7/20/22 - afterwards I was told to pay Holding fee- of $300 to hold an apt - THAT I got an call on and was told it was already taken BUT another unit was available in 8/26/ 22 Told Dianna I needed something asap and that’s why I applied and followed her instructions! I evenly told her please release my hold and she said ok - email her if my intentions so she can have accounts to release my money!"

"DO NOT APPLY AT THIS PLACE! ITS A SCAM! I applied with my family ended up spending over $400 in application fees plus the $1250 deposit. They then called me to tell me the apartment wasn’t available at all, mind you I was fully approved for it and was listed as a resident on the rentcafe app. They list apartments without them being available in order to collect money. I was lucky enough to be able to go through my bank app dispute it and get ALL the money back. Some people can’t do that. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE"

"Please, note the hiring maintenance sign that is always outside their office. If they do get a good maintenance guy they fire him immediately because he actually fixes something. We have drawers and appliances that have been broke since before we moved in. Always with a plan of how they were going to fix it but never do. The front office hates kids! There is nothing for them to do in the neighborhood. We bought a basketball hoop for all the kids in the street to play on. All the kids loved it and never caused any problems. They told us we had to remove it. It was portable and always kept out of the way. Someobody threw a rock into my daughter's window twice. They will not replace the window. They also do not have any video surveillance and do not allow residence to keep cameras up."
