"I'm not a resident but I was looking at the place as a potential resident when I fell after reaching the very first step to the entrance of the apartment,mind you I was with the property manager at the time when it happened.I had a headache,neck pain and dizziness which lasted for several weeks,well beyond a month.I returned a day after my fall to make an incident report and the property manager told me he didn't have any forms for that and pretended to be completely oblivious to what they were. He also suggested that I go online and fill out an incident report.I knew at this moment that I did not want to be a tenant here because this man seemed shady.However I did visit the ER as well as my Doctor.I wanted to suggest that the owner put up rails where the steps start,but after not hearing from management or the property owner,I knew right then they were the kind of people who didn't care.I give the apartment a 2 star rating because there was no rail at the start of the steps and because the carpet looked like it was just laid on top of the floor and not put down professionally.It was the typical cheap makeover/remodel."
