"Absolute delight! Found this place accidentally on our way to see another listing. Pulled up after seeing availability sign on the property. Sandy, the property manager, was very accommodating - her quick and straight to the point assistance helped us to move in within 2 weeks.The property is well maintained. Had a few minor issues in the apartment that were resolved in no time. The area is quite and safe, so far (been around for 6 months). A few places that are walking distance that we go to for a walk during evening times. Neighbors are great - everyone is quite and minds their own business. Could not wish for a better place to relocate from southern Florida!"

"Just moved in last weekend. The manager Sandy is wonderful, made the move in effortless! This place is extremely private and quiet. The grounds are very well maintained ,there is plenty of parking for guests, the apartments are very clean and cozy. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming. I'm home! This place was great when I first moved in! Then I found out my neighbors have updated countertops, new kitchen cupboards, stainless steel appliances.. I have countertops with burn marks and cut marks, peeling paint off the kitchen cupboards, paint drips everywhere,patches indoors and rooms that have never been painted, yet I am paying in the same amount of money as my neighbors! The manager is still great but apparently doesn't have the authority to have any of these things fixed! I will definitely look for a new place at the end of my lease! Recommend you don't move into this place"
