"This place has undergone a lot of different changes in management. However, I still call it home. The office personnel , Jerimiah and Leah apt manager and Billy the maintenance supervisor are on it and we'll handle what they need to handle for us. I've been here 6 years and it's my home and I hope to live here more time. It's just a comfortable area and a comfortable vintage space with new additions.Im happy to call T@CB my home."

"We have lived here for almost a year now and really enjoy it. I’ve had to call maintenance a few times and Billy has always come and taken care of any issue promptly. Leah and Jeremiah have been professional and very kind with any issues that have happened. They’re REAL people who care for the property and the tenants. I feel like anytime I do have a small issue, which is normal for apartment living, my feelings and concerns have always been validated and taken care of. This complex is well worth it for the money and the quick responses from main office and the maintenance staff."

"I waited over a month to make a review. Ghetto, Roach infested. Parentless children begging to get hit by a car. Water bills that equate to a 5 person household, you can't turn it on in your name it's COMMUNAL your neighbor effect your bill..... They have the audacity to control the porch lights on YOUR BILL. The floors peel off if you try to clean them. The management lady attitude problem is the icing on the cake. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE."
