The Lofts at Brownwood 2660 Trillium Ridge, The Villages, FL 32163

"The Lofts are wonderfully maintained and managed. I recommend them very highly! The buildings and grounds are kept very clean and neat. Pest control is done regularly and without request. Maintenance requests are done quickly. Painting and cleaning of common areas in the buildings are done routinely. The employees are a pleasure to talk with."

"No one at the front desk when I went to check in. Walked the entire perimeter of the building looking to check in. Found no one. Ended up back in the place I entered to find desk staff walking in from outside. Sat in the bar for 10 minutes waiting for service. Staff standing at end of the bar laughing at pics on someone's phone. I walked out and went to Pucks. Great service. No clocks in the room. Poor service and lack of a simple amenity...I'll never recommend to anyone."

"I am giving it a 4 because we just moved in & have not been in our apartment long enough. The long term rental is new to the Village so they have to smooth out a couple of wrinkles but that is understandable under the circumstances. . The apartments are very nice. I love the color of the hallway flooring & walls, the outside colors are very nice & the garage doors are unique The recreation facility is very nice. Large screened in porch along the recreation building facing the pool. The pool with grills for BBQs is beautiful. The whole apartment setting was very well thought out. The office staff is very friendly & helpful. The COVID-19 has hindered everything. After we get unpacked & settled in we should be very happy living at The Lofts. Everything is brand new. My only negative right now is the price. For the size of the apartments we feel they are over priced. Ammenties are the same as everyone is paying. The pool & recreation center is open to everyone. I will update after we have lived here a while."
