"The moving experience has been a wonderful with the generous staff. All of our steps were explained and had a follow up call or email. The community appears to be clean, safe and friendly. The pool is relaxing, both gyms are clean, grills are ready, sit by the tv near the fire pit, corn hole boards, and club house has ovens and appliances ready for your wonderful stay. Close to so many amenities, beaches and sporting events. Come check them out."

"I’ve been a resident at the Alexander for around 5 years now. It was a pleasant experience until a new tenant below us started verbally threatening my husband and I to cause harm to us. We have reported this to the leasing office as well as local police with video evidence, to which we have been told there is nothing that can be done, and have been given the run around several times. Those assisting with this include Kaitlin and Tania, who have explained that the tenant keeps filing noise complaints on us without any physical proof. At this point, we cannot walk in our apartment without the tenant below us complaining. I also cannot use the apartment amenities or even walk to my car without feeling unsafe due to this tenant harassing me on multiple occasions. We will hopefully be terminating our lease early as this is unacceptable. Sincerely, a resident who lived at the Alexander for 5 years with no prior complaints ever filed on me."

"I absolutely love living at The Alexander! This apartment community deserves 5 stars. The amenities are amazing - there is a beautiful pool, a top-notch fitness center, and gorgeous clubhouse. My apartment home itself is very spacious with high ceilings, large closets, and a nice patio. What really makes The Alexander stand out is the excellent customer service. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Any time I have put in a maintenance request, the issue has been fixed promptly. The maintenance team is courteous and professional. I feel so safe in my apartment thanks to the controlled access gates. The grounds are immaculately landscaped and the common areas are always clean. Location-wise, The Alexander can't be beat. It's close to major highways, shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet it still feels secluded. I absolutely love calling The Alexander home! I would highly recommend this outstanding apartment community to anyone looking for a 5-star living experience. The Alexander at Countryside Apartments is simply the best!"

"I stand by my 1-star rating for The Alexander at Countryside, reflecting my residency in apartment #303 from August 2018 to March 2019. Despite sharing concerns with the community manager, Kaitlin, my experiences were dismissed, including the video evidence provided to her. My rating stays, as it’s based on genuine firsthand experiences, unaffected by unfounded challenges to its validity. During my time there, I faced a barrage of challenges, including rampant vehicle break-ins, apartments with thin insulation, an orchestra of constant yelling, an unexpected ghetto hallway music video disaster, undisclosed fees, a hit-and-run where I had to foot the bill, a disturbing near-shootout with law enforcement right outside, and the unnerving presence of a mentally unstable person lingering by my window. As the cherry on top, the ongoing cockroach infestation added insult to injury. Why should the timing of my review or my tenure in the community be the sole focus if there are 1-star reviews from just 3-10 months ago? The other reviews echo similar issues. If considering a lease, research the 1-star reviews, even if from years ago—these experiences are all true. Breaking my lease when I did turned out to be a wise decision!"

"Living in this apartment building is a beautiful experience for my family and me, thanks to its convenient location (right in the middle of everything you need) and spacious floor plans. The maintenance staff is efficient and always on top of keeping the property clean and responding to requests. However, the ceilings are thin, and I can hear a lot of noise from my upstairs neighbors, which can be disruptive. It often sounds like they are moving furniture, especially after 11 p.m. Additionally, there seems to be no policy regarding excessively barking dogs, which can also be noisy. Overall, I am satisfied with the building and its amenities."
