"IF YOU HAVE A ESA DO NOT TRY TO RENT HERE!!!! My husband and I were trying to move in here from Michigan and they have been extremely unresponsive through email and phone. At times I’ve had to email multiple times before receiving any response from Laura. When I told them I had ESAs they told me they couldn’t accommodate them which is AGAINST THE LAW. Haven’t had any issues with my ESAs at any other apartment complex down in that area. After explaining that they are not able to deny reasonable requests for ESAs by law, she started completely ignoring my emails. Even tried to contact corporate and left a voicemail, but haven’t heard back. IF THEY ARE THIS BAD WITH COMMUNICATION BEFORE WE MOVE IN, IMAGINE HOW BAD IT WOULD’VE BEEN WHEN WE WOULD’VE LIVED THERE. I would not recommend this place to anyone, horrible experience from start to finish. So glad we found a better place. BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE."

"Rented a studio apartment while attending school for 6 months. Great rental prices and good location. Well kept on site laundry (just put in new washers and dryers), dumpsters are convenient, and overall clean outdoor areas. The property manager Laura is very helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend Oakwood Village."

"My husband, myself and our newborn stayed here for 2 years in a 1bedroom appt. We didn’t have any complaints our entire lease. The people that live here are quiet and keep to themselves. The property manager, Laura, is such a sweet woman as well! Very flexible, helpful, and will work with you with whatever you need done. We only left due to our family growing and needing more space. Otherwise we would have stayed longer."
