"Hi everyone! Let me start by saying I didn’t get approved which I understand but when the front office kid that’s “assisting” you with your application has NO CLUE as to how to answer questions regarding the APPLICATION PROCESS/APPROVAL AND they charge you $90.00 per person NON-REFUNDABLE is really upsetting. They should be able to answer questions PLUS the guy that called me to let me know I didn’t get approved was extremely rude and disrespectful. He couldn’t even answer my questions at all. Thankfully we found another place but seriously I wouldn’t recommend this complex. Nobody knows anything and the front desk kid/girl seems so bothered by your presence is uncomfortable. "My parents live this building. and the administration has no regard. My parents' apartment has problems with roach pests and they do not act, even snakes have been removed from their apartment. This administration disrespects its residents. Today they built on my parents 'balcony without warning, leaving a mess of dirt and dust on my parents' belongings."

"So yesterday i went to Windsor tower apartments filled out a 75$ application for a 1 bedroom . I got a call back saying i got little credit which i do I’m 19 still building on it he asked if i could get a co-signer if so the place is mine . I said sure not a problem . He stated I’d have to have a co-signer sign everything before 12 . I went to the office at 10:30 no one was there it said will be back at 1 okay not a problem i came back at 2:15 and the sign still said will be back at 1 . I called the main owner of the place and he stated he gave my place away because i didn’t sign everything before 12 !!! I stated no one was here that’s when he caught an attitude and hung up on me . I called him over and over and over again i felt ripped off !!! So his wife called me and tells me exactly what he said and i stated to her no one was here all day and she wanted to say well i had to fire the lady in the front ?? How is that my problem?? I came twice to sign the paper to get my place . The place isn’t even well maintenance i believe they’re running a scam for your money ."

"Windsor towers is not well taken care of. I worked as head of maintenance for 2 months before quitting. No apartment there is livable. In my two months time I noticed a flood every time it rained, almost every week multiple building would have water shut offs do-to backed up pipes. The pool was neglected for a month turning green and forced to be shut down by the city for not being up to code. In one apartment the tenet couldn’t use their kitchen do-to the floor caving in. Management does not treat all the tenets with respect. On one occasion the owner of the property knocked on the tenets door mid day and cussed them out for them making a cheeky comment about the owners car the day before. On several occasions the management has been intoxicated well on the job. One apartment was infested with cockcroaches so bad, two tenets had moved in and moved out with in one weeks time. However Most of the tenets there are very friendly people and seem to not have issues with their neighbors. The buildings are not great but the people are."
