"I have lived here for three months and it has been the best experience of any apartment complex in Gainesville. Nikki, the property manager, remembers me by name when I come into the front office to pick up a package. She is very responsive over email or through the complex app. Maintenance is quick to respond when needed, but I haven't required much maintenance at all, my unit was in great shape when I moved in! Everyone here operates with a smile, and it's clean, quite, and well maintained. I highly recommend."
"I lived here for one year and absolutely loved it! A lot of professional students and young adults. Always felt safe and it was such a nice, quiet escape. Spacious units, washer/dryer included, incredible office staff (Alaina is the best) and maintenance, would have stayed longer but my roommate moved out. Overall 10/10 best kept secret in Gainesville."
"One of the best apartment experiences that I've had in Gainesville. I don't usually write reviews but I cannot recommend this complex enough for the price. The rent is extremely reasonable, the office staff is amazing, and repairs are done extremely quickly. It's also a nice quiet complex with many trees and birds. There are also two pools that are rarely busy. With all that being said, there are a couple of cons that might not make this ideal place for you to rent. First, as others have mentioned, the building are older and made of wood, so the floors do tend to creak a bit and appliances are older (but work great). Second, the equipment in the gym is older and some machines do not work. Finally, there are some spiders (harmless Banana Spiders) that come out in the summer. All in all, this was an excellent apartment complex with great staff. Highly recommend."
"I have lived here in a 3rd floor apt with my boyfriend and his brother for a year. I LOVE living here. Mary and Alaina are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Service techs Bill and Dennis are very kind and do great work completing work orders in a timely manner. When I first moved in I think the previous tenants did not live clean- because there was a wild sugar ant problem. But by the next day the problem was taken care of and they even followed up with it a month later! The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away so it is private. For the price of living here this is one of the best deals in town! (trust me I searched for a while). The place is EXTREMELY pet friendly- they even provide poop-bags for you to clean up after your pup! Yes, the building is older but it is well kept and managed. If you are looking for a well-priced, nice, and quiet neighborhood to live in, I very much recommend living here!"
"Treehouse village is a great value for your money, and I can safely say I recommend it. The natural setting is nice, and it feels tucked away and relatively private. Pros: Affordable, away from the street, relatively spacious, ceramic tile floor (in some units, make sure to ask), ceiling fans. Maintenance calls are very prompt. Office staff is very kind and helpful. Onsite gym is much better than average. Washer/dryer included, along with AC. Feels very safe and quiet, no obnoxious parties or the like. Pet friendly! Cons: You can hear the people above you if they play loud music or have dogs that bark. Lots of detritus from trees will get on your car. Parking spaces are small. Apartments are old (but generally in very good repair). Overall, its no luxury resort, but it has everything you need for a VERY reasonable price. The staff really care about the residents (they know everyone by name), and it definitely feels like home."
