"Debbie Williams represented me in the recent sale of my condo, I live out of state and she was complicit in allowing my personal belongings to either be stolen Or she gave them to the buyer and she doesn’t know what happened and she’s so sorry, may 5th I had a person there to Retrieve it before closing, the code Debbie gave was not the code and he couldn’t access the room where it was stored. She said the door opened fine for her, afterward he called her and offered a second try to retrieve it but somehow she “did her best” and it disappeared...she’s not sure where it went, 5 lamps, 2 end tables, big rug, artwork, linens, flat screen tv, new light fixtures, various decorators items, I’m sure had I held up the closing I would have gotten my personals, the buyer is now being rude after my inquiry and my advice to anyone using this agent in Suwannee is to not expect to be treated fairly - though she’s good at saying she’s so sorry... she knows what happened... and I’ll let it go but felt a need to let others know, use Suwannee realty Bc it’s the only one, but use the other agents listed here with good reviews... Debbie is not interested in helping, she’s just going to say she is, her actions say she’s not..."
