"Definitely had my hopes up for this place. After taxes and fees we paid $250 per night to stay here. The view of the Carrabelle River across the street was amazing! They're dog friendly so that was good. However, for the price we paid I definitely didn't expect the ceiling to be leaking (actually dripping water onto the floor), the railing of the living room balcony was falling apart I didn't allow my children out there because if they leaned on it they would've fallen off the balcony... wasn't safe at all! It's advertised that there's a Playstation the kids were looking forward to but no games or remotes were available. The shower curtain rod in bathroom kept falling off the wall, and that was the 1 of 3 showers that actually worked. One shower the pressure was so hard nobody could use it and the other shower there wasn't any water pressure at all so it couldn't be used either. My boyfriend sat in a chair on the balcony and it broke into pieces (can clearly see the rot in the chair that caused this). For someone looking to stay here one or maybe two nights it would be a good place. Don't recommend for someone with kids (not with the sketchy railing). The pool area was great! However, I supervised my children the entire time and we were told we were too loud by some of the local residents living there, when it was the middle of the day and we definitely weren't overly loud. I'm disappointed this rental wasn't as nice as advertised in the pictures, but if things were fixed up even just a little this would be a much nicer place to stay!"

"No interest in vacation rentals. Looking for something long term and they seem to have nothing like that. Just cater to tourists. So looking for that? Probably good. Live in the area? Look elsewhere it seems."

"My wife just returned her key to one of their waterfront properties and the so called landlord was as dishonest and as much of a thief as she could be. Upon moving in, the place was not that clean at all, so when my wife moved out, she made sure it was much more cleaner when she moved out. The landlord simply made up a reason to keep $200 of the deposit, saying the sheets were dirty and that the place as a complete mess. My wife is as clean as they come but this landlord knows she can keep your deposit and there is not a thing you can do about it, other than write a scorching review that warns others of this dishonest landlord and her moving out practices. This particular waterfront condo is located on the same road as Harry's bar, right down the road from it. You have been warned!"
