"Worst experience of my life! Kathy Robinison was rude to me as a property owner and also to my guests. Mistakenly blocked my property as “occupied” for FIVE MONTHS when it was available to rent. I realized this mistake six weeks after I owned the property. When I asked her to correct her oversight that was costing me rental income, I was told it would take her “a few days.” UNACCEPTABLE as an owner and a renter. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have owned my own law office for 20 years, always putting my clients’ needs first. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional."
