"Not helpful at all. Application fee are robbery. You have to ask how many applications are already submitted and was told the owners go by who ever has the highest credit score is the winner! Not professional at all. There are many reasons credit scores are different. Could be the best tenant in the world in the past and only go by the highest credit score. I was told there was 4 applications in already after having to ask so ERA profits $50 per application for each application plus the other ones that fill out applications before even calling. So if they have 10 applications in ERA just profited $500. Not refundable and nothing online to let us know not to apply to many applications. It is a poor process in my opinion."
