"1/10 would not recommend. Due to them rushing to rebuild after the hurricane multiple apartments aren’t able to get wifi & cable because they refuse to pay to run the wires. I have been living here since February it is now Late May & I still haven’t received a mail box key, when I made them aware of the issue I was told there are people that has been living here more than a year with no mailbox key. Many A/C units aren’t working properly & some apartments have a mold problem. I moved in with a newborn baby & the filter for my A/C looked like it hasn’t been changed in a very long time, in which I had to do myself because maintenance never showed. Doesn’t take responsibility for any of the issues. Many things are backed up & corporate fails to communicate."

"If i could give a negative 100 i would! Miserable place they praise the nasty low life ppl who live there and evict the ppl who actually try to make it decent"

"They do not have maintenance staff, things that one reports damaged and they do not repair them or they take a long time. Neighbors that one reports to the police for not letting sleep and the administration cannot do anything about it."

"I stayed here long time ago and I miss it .we all got along and it was no shooting or killings there when we was there .but I plain on coming back .SOON"
