"I have had an awful experience since move in. There is a significant amount of mold in the air ducts! Don't waste your time or risk your health. Management solicited how these were renovated and in great condition, this is definitely not the case. I even heard the AC guy stating issues with the buildings directly related to construction and condensation AKA a mold catalyst. My building has issues and I wouldn't be surprised if the others do to! I’d recommend staying away..."

"Just moved in & pretty good experience so far! Make sure to ask for the move-in sheet with the Florida Power & Lights info + the WOW cable/internet info before you move in. The apartment is spacious and pretty, the staff is friendly, & lots of parking available."

I moved from Chicago and have been here for six months and I love it. Prior to moving here I looked at many apartment complexes and Stanford Pointe is the most updated & most beautiful apartment I have seen and lived in by far. I would recommend anyone to live here and they would definitely not be disappointed."

"The older lady that’s a GM is VERY rude! Never lets anyone get a word out before she cuts you off. We got a complaint about us walking around our apartment at night. We work Night Shift so on our days off we’re up at night to keep our bodies on a routine.the floors in these apartments are very light you can try to walk as soft as possible and it’s still super loud. I tried explaining to the GM about my work schedule and she told me I need to change my lifestyle."
