"ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. These are the most disgusting apartments I’ve ever lived in from the terrible roach problem to the terrible attitudes from the management. The website and pictures it shows of the apartments are not even close to what it really looks like, and all the “amenities” they include are not accurate. These apartments are way to expensive to be living with this many roaches & having to use community washer and dryers when they are either always broken or full with other people’s stuff. The pool is always filled with bugs/termites everywhere so you can’t even enjoy a relaxing swim. Way to pricy to be dealing with continuous problems and horrible management that does nothing but sit on their butt and steal people’s hard earned money all day long."

"Edit : I m not going to contact you due to unprofessional attitude that managment has there. It is not our fault that we had agreed with Caroline that we are leaving an apartment on April 21st and on May 9th you flagged us as evicted cuz new managment didn't know. On top of that we were pregnant (37weeks) with broken ac for a week and Caroline couldn't find a company that could fix it fast. My husband and I rented this apartments back in 2020 when they had different management. There was a lot of maintenance problems that no one were wanted to fix. Then management changed. We were continually asking for fix issues that we have but new management were focusing on the look of apartments outside. Then my husband and I decided to move out. Our manager told us to move out by April 21st and we did. But on the 20th they switched to a new managment again and long story short now we have an evicted history on our record. Like why ? So now we have to deal with this cuz of new managment."

"There's black mold in my apartment, and they are not addressing cause me issues. Also, a crack in the ceiling that seems unsafe to live in considering there is another apartment above me. The last person who has lived here has smoked in here, and I can not get the smell out. Also there are roaches and fleas. Updated photo with roach"

"Sarah is our new manager she's a breath of fresh air if you have any problems in your apartment she's quick to get the problem fixed it's a wonderful quiet neighborhood wonderful pool living here is wonderful"
