"Worst place ever. They treat you like section 8. They are always in and out of your apartment. If you are a day sleeper, expect someone coming in and turning the light on. If you have breathing problems expect that to get worse because of the mold. After the hurricane the insurance adjuster came in and said the whole ceiling through out the entire apartment had to be replaced, which did not happen! They came in and nailed up black garbage bags!!! These apartments also have rodents the size of a Chihuahua, along with the bug infestation."
"Heritage south and "panama city apts" are the worst. Infested with bugs they sont tell you about. Paid a deposit to them without moving in and they only gave half back, I never even stayed in the apt 1 day but they kept 500 dollars for no reason. They also never switched the lights back into their name so I was charged for 2 weeks of electricity without ever living there. Do not give them any business!!!!!!!"
