"Roaches galore, the most nosy leasing office you will ever meet! They watch you out their windows and talk about you when you’re not around. Charged us six thousand dollars in false charges on top of taking away our $1000 security deposit. I would rather have been sleeping in a ditch, then staying at heritage apartments. Even if it’s your only option DONT DO IT"

"I would not even rate this place. They took advantage of someone desperate. I paid $1700 in deposits to be told I was denied. I never moved in. I was told by Tammy that I would have my deposit back by today. I still have not. If they tell you give them money to hold the place run! You will never get your money and you will end up needing your attorney, like I do now."

"Worst place ever the manager there stole our security deposit and pocketed it. We did sign an application and we know the application fee is not refundable but we never signed anything else beside that and never even gave her the full deposit. she said we will hold it until you give us the rest Friday afternoon, after she said they didn’t have a unit available until march. We called that Monday and said we didn’t want it because we had an emergency, and even before that the unit she showed us smell like straight weed and on the fine print said no smoking in units which we didn’t want around our kids. Do not go to this place nothing seem right plus even after the fact she said we had to pay 2000$ then two days later after we asked for our money back she went down to 1400$. This makes way more since she tried to get an extra 600$ to pocket 100% do not recommend living at this place and if that’s not enough just look at the rest of the comments. We tried calling their HR many times, no answer. The whole company is terrible, never ever had any kind of problem like this."

"Horrible first apartment experience. Was charged a big bill when there was not that much damage to an apartment. Never had a dinning light , asked multiple times for it to be fixed never happened. Ac was horrible. Roaches everywhere. Was charged 400$ for big furniture that was in the dumpster that was not ours. Plus never received the bill but my roommate did and we gave 2 addresses to send the bill to. Very disappointed."
