"I pay for the application and submitted it, then about 5 days later the website disables any kinda login and when it’s back my account disappeared, no one can tell me why it did. Telling me to repeat everything I have already done, I haven’t had my own place in 10 years.. y’all need to fix that."
"(HONEST REVIEW FROM A LONG TERM RESIDENT) !!!!!! I have lived here for 4 years, i have never had any issues until the last year and a half, Janet was the best office manager, very efficient and reliable and also very caring about the community and the people that have to live here, my units a/c unit is 20years old, the one upstairs leaks through the ceiling once every 2-3 months or whenever it wants as does ours when the filter is not changed regularly. Stains now showing up and the wall is destroyed, we were told nothing was going to be done except clean the water up when it happens (which is absolutely insane) ceiling is starting to cave in the corner, baseboards are brown and rotted from water damage, carpet is horrid, and who knows what is growing inside the wall (we have a small child) and we take alot of pride in having a very clean house… pools were open last year and years before with absolutely no issues, they have been closed all summer in which they are supposed to be year round, its also almost 100 degrees outside during july and aug, its taken almost 5 months for a supposed pump?.., gym is never accessible it used to be open 7days a week with key card, now its only open when the office is open, mostly everything is the same broken stuff since i moved in, 2 maintenance people for all 200 units, apartment next door is infested with roaches on a (board of health level) and we have begged and begged for them to fix it before we have bugs, it took 2 monts to get pest control. This community used to be very nice, we are paying over 1k a month for a government affiliated community to not have any of the amenities that are apparently in our lease and we are paying for. Rent goes up every year and for what? Its a huge tax write off anyways right. After 4 years this is the first time that i have given an honest review of this community. The good high point is that it is a great location for schools, the beach and has decent parking. We actually like living in this community and they need desperate help. It’s like no effort needs to be spent on this place all of a sudden anymore. But at the end of the day we are the ones that have to just deal with it. No one should have to just deal with it."

I want to thank all the staff at Stone Harbor especially Nilsa who was extremely professional and helpful and would always return calls if she was unavailable. Nilsa is wonderful and can tell she enjoys what she does, the office and the staff is welcoming and always available to answer any questions to help with your application process. My apartment is cozy and comfy i love it!"
"I have to say the office and maintenance staff is great always on point, but I will take the time to give a big thank you to Marie Jaquez the leasing agent in the office, she took the time out to assist me through the steps to require a home in this community. I have lived here since 2022 and its a great place to live whether your single or have a family, clean environment and and as I said before great staff."
