"Never again...we rent 3 times a year at the beach. We are well versed in what good rental management company service looks like. This isn't it. I'd do a good bit of reading real reviews about Vacasa before you rent. There are plenty of other great companies out there like Paradise Beach Homes"

"AWESOME PLACE TO STAY AND PLAY. Location is perfect, the grounds are well maintained, pools are spectacular. I would highly recommend to anybody planning a trip on the beach."

"This is our third time staying at Summerwind. Always enjoyable. Love being right next to the pier & the pier restaurant. Pools never get too crowded. Short walk to the beach and the beach chair service is so convenient! Never a long wait for elevators. Common areas of the hotel are kept clean. The shop is great- my kids enjoyed smoothies & icees every day by the pool. Love this resort."

"We recently spent a week at Summerwind. It was by far the best vacation we've taken in many years. So relaxing. Gorgeous views. No crowds at all. And the perfect beach! The condos are excellent. The 11th floor offers great views of the beach. We will be going back very soon."
