"Beware of this company. I contacted them about managing a property. The property management agreement that the owner insisted I sign included a provision stating: "In no event shall Broker or its associates be liable to Owner for damages of any kind in excess of the commission paid to Broker under this agreement." In other words, they could burn my property to the ground day 1, before a commission was due, and I would have no ability to recover any damages from them. Buyer beware."
