It leans downward.Also, the stairway to the 2nd floor needs repair. Steps need to be replaced, and it need to be non-skid to prevent falling."

"Moved in because of the pool. Used it 2 years. The pool closed in 2016 and still hasn't opened. They have done nothing to repair it. They still advertise on their website there is a pool. They only fix what is requested by a Tennant. There are cosmetic type work that needs to be done to the outside of the apartment complex. The rental manger doesn't provide appropriate amount of time for changes that are made such as how they like rent to be paid. Had a 3 day notice before rent was due on how they want rent to be paid. No more personal checks or cash. 1 day notice that pest inspection was being done and they requested you to restrain your pet if you have one."
