My husband was providing pool cleaning service for two months and they never paid anything, they were only saying that the check should come next week, but its been two months already. "0 Stars. Absolutely awful leasing management. They were zero help when I lived there. They kept telling me that they had a 10 year wait list but somehow managed to waive it for me which was great other than the absolute disrespect that I received after that. The office lady there (Mia) disclosed personal information of mine such as my pay with other residents and property staff! She also yelled at me and got vindictive several times! They never answered the phones, and always had the office locked “DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!” There were times when staff was there because you could see them/lights on through the blinds and they would blatantly ignore you knocking. I had mail lost/stolen a few times. As well as staff came into my unit while I was at work without notification that they would be entering. I know this as blinds were changed and things had been moved that I know I did not move before leaving my unit for the day. They also kept telling me one thing about move out then went back on their word to a different rule not once but two to three times during my move out process! I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable by the time I left! One of my friends vehicles was also vandalized while parked on the premises. In the end, they proceeded to try and charge me for a month that I didn’t even live there! My unit was vacant for 3 weeks they did a walkthrough and knew that it was available to lease. If that had a 10 year waitlist they could’ve damn well rented it right away and I’m sure they did. They just wanted the extra money because they are greedy. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!"

"I have filled out an application on their portal and have called everyday for the past MONTH and no one will pick up the phone. Definitely bad business for them but even better for the surrounding complexes. Now I know that if I was a tenant and something was to go wrong in my apartment I would not be able to trust the staff to even get back with me at timely manner or even at all so good looking out!"

"Staff not very friendly or helpful… after filling out application there was no option on the website to submit application fees… I called for assistance and each time I called the lady is saying there is nothing she can do… and I’ll have to fill out a paper application. She won’t even take my contact information or see maybe if there was something / a step I missed. And each time I call they say the waiting list is 12 months to discourage me , I already understand that I still want to apply. Terrible staff."
