Wild Oak Farm Apartment

"I lived there for about 4 years, my neighbor in 62 constantly wanted to build things out of wood found in the dumpsters, using very loud power tools, like power saws and drills, lots of hammering, using very strong spray paints, right outside my back door, i could not even sit outside on my own porches, it was like hell being a prisoner next door to her, i told the management a million times and they never did anything about it, i had to move, i was a very good tenant, this was not regular apt noises, extreme noises, the person in that apt knows shes disturbing you too, but she doesnt care, very rude and nasty person, maintainance was no better, if you have mold issues your told to just use bleach, its ridiculous, and thrown in your face that its low income, or income based, not anywhere you want to ever live, if you get a descent neighbor you might be ok, if not, your just screwed like i was, now i have to live somewhere i cannot even afford because management sucks so bad there and not willing to kick out a person that for almost ten yrs disturbs every neighbor she gets! pathetic! If you move in there, stick up for your rights, right away! dont let anyone get away with anything there! and dont let them put you by apt 62!"

"Took 3 months to run a background tell me I was good for a apartment showed me the apartment took my deposit and signed the paperwork waiting on the the date to be able to move and got a call was over budget to move there lol thought this was low-income I don't make enough money to live there I was told. You need to learn how to.do.a budget and really you need not worry so much about every penny in people's pockets. Especially when they have never been late or ever missed a rent payment in their life."
