"This are second year to stay at Lil tip sea and as the first it was amazing! Nice house fits all our needs, heating the pool is a must and access to beach is so easy. I will not stay in another house in Gulf Shirrs this is a must."

"We had a wonderful stay at Bella Beach Properties Grande Point Condo #301. The place was perfect and even though it rained a couple of days, this place was delightful to spend time in. Watching the dolphins every day in the bay was fun. The unit was spacious and beautifully decorated. We hope to stay again sometime."

"This was our first family vacation with our 10 month old baby and we drove over 17 hrs. Bella was very responsive and accommodating despite a slight change in our travel plans. The check-in process and getting into the building was very easy. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything what you might need. We were also provided with a good amount of cleaning supplies for our stay. The balcony was big with a partial beach view and we even saw dolphins from there in the morning. The location is awesome, very close to restaurants, trails, shops, and right at the beach which was super convenient with the baby. The building has an elevator and lots of amenities like a hot tub, pool, bbq area. Our vacation would definitely be a lot different if we stayed somewhere else. We loved the apartment so much that we would like to look for one like this to potentially relocate. If we return to Orange Beach, we would rent again. Everything was awesome!"

The condo was not only clean, but quiet and I felt safe. Taylor provided excellent customer service when I asked for food recommendations and somewhere to get my external harddrive repaired. I'm using his service for my girl's trip and a family trip later in the year. One of my bff's took his information for a future birding trip she is coordinating. The Palms is a great location as it is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants."
