"This review is for condo 801 in Phoenix East. The condo was set up pretty well. It has most of what you'll need except coffee. They give you an old bitter tasting Mr Coffee with zero coffee to go with it. The beds are quite comfortable. The furniture is outdated but okay. The condo was pretty clean. The view from the large balcony is incredible. There is major construction as of this date that has been going on for 2 years on the building directly next to the balcony. So, every single morning at exactly dawn we were awakened to the loud sounds of construction. I do not exaggerate when I say it was VERY loud. You will never gets a minutes rest past dawn. Also, most times you can't even talk on the balcony because the construction is so loud. It's a nice condo and it's comfortable but make sure you call and see if construction is going on before you pay. Would I rent condo 801 again? Yes for sure, but only when that construction ends. It was loud and not very conductive to a relaxing vacation. Note: This is an Alabama Beach Vacation Rentals property. Not a Brett Robinson rental."

"Great place. Wasn't over crowded, nice pool. Our room needed a little update but it served its purpose. Also had a splash pad for toddlers and that was nice to have."

"This place is amazing. The rooms are nice and spacious the room I stayed in had 3 rooms one had two queen beds. One had a king sized bed. And the master has a king size bed. There were TVs in all the room. There is a washer and dryer each room has separate wifi and the view from the balcony is stunning. The staff is nice and friendly and super helpful. It is right on the beach and they have and indoor and an outdoor pool and two indoor hot tubs."

"What a great experience! I've never had a ground floor unit until now, but with kids, I don't know if I could ever go back. We could walk right out to the pool and splash pad at any time. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We've stayed in Phoenix resorts before, but this one just seemed a little better. It's so close to everything! The Gulf restaurant is within walking distance, as is number of other great places!"
