"I have lived here since the the summer of 2021. Overall my experience here has been quite good and has improved in some areas. This review, despite my complete honesty about some of the weaker points, overall reflects a positive experience over the past three years, and I am happy to see that they are improving. I hope that this review will help some make their choice on their next place to live and that management can potentially address some of the residents’ problems. First for the positives, the building is kept immaculately clean and quiet. the lobby always smells beautiful, and the majority of the staff are pleasant, friendly, and polite, especially Evelyn Matt Dasien and Wycleef. The maintenance crew is also really polite and efficient and has a quick turnaround time compared to reports from friends who live in other buildings that say they may wait many days to see repairs done. My unit definitely feels like home and I am really happy with the quality of the design. Even being in a smaller unit, I have enough room to store everything and enjoy getting out to the amenity floor lounge which feels like a huge living room. I really enjoy entertaining, friends and family here as the rooftop pool has some spectacular views and it’s fun to host barbecues there too. The amenities floor has a really beautiful space to host dinner parties and play pool and I’ve also enjoyed the theater room a few times. The gym has an amazing yoga room that I use for dance practices with salsa friends as well as yoga streamed on the TV. They installed a new coffee machine that dispenses 5 free coffees a month, which previously charged us for every cup. This was a kind gesture on their part. Having the train line right next to the house and having access to Milam‘s market, Aldi, Starbucks and Walgreens is extremely convenient. I really enjoy living in a less congested area but still having proximity to all the fun of brickell. I have had some security issues here from having somebody from the construction team open and walk into my unit while I was asleep, thinking that it was under construction for some reason; the front desk letting an unauthorized individuals my unit without checking ID and then attempting to charge me to let the individuals in. I was frustrated with how much effort and time it took to clear these issues up, and how much blame was placed me for things that were not my fault in any way by the GM. His Rudeness is unprofessional and I prefer to deal with other team members. It doesn’t create a welcoming community to disrespect and speak down to residents of the building who have been put in harms way due to a business mistake. I also had a really unfortunate experience where someone ripped the mezuzah off of my door post. Dasien handled this well by sending out an email at my request notifying individuals that it would be grounds for eviction if determined who committed the hate crime. I appreciated their increased sensitivity to issues of safety and inclusion in the building. It’s a common sentiment that we should be able to use the gigantic parking garage next-door instead of being forced into using the inefficient and unprofessional valet service for $200 a month that can’t seem to bring vehicles on time has gotten my car damaged towed and ridden in by 4 people at a time. I chose to opt for street parking instead or garage across the street. The $150 lockout fees are obscene. It would be a much better move to change the system to include keyless entry using mobile phones. Or to include a grace of a set number of free unlocks per year before charging people."

"I moved in early Sept 2023. Matt (leasing office) was/is extremely helpful with a great personality. Everyone from the leasing office I have emailed has responded quickly. When I've requested something to be repaired, it has been scheduled without an issue. My move-in day went very very smooth unlike other experiences I've had in other communities. The lobby smells wonderful and they keep it tidy with how much traffic there is. I've never had an issue with the elevators, thus far. I've lived in other places where the elevators were always shut down and there was dog urine on the floor, etc. I have never witnessed this here. The business center is fantastic for anyone who works remote or needs an area to study. The package room where Amazon, UPS, FedEx packages are left for pick-up is clean and safe. You require a code to have access. I have never had a missing item. If I've needed assistance, the concierge has gone the extra mile and brought the package to my unit directly which was very nice. I was impressed. The view from the rooftop pool area is breathtaking (pictures attached). I have been to the pool at different times of the day and different days of the week and there has never been chaos. It is definitely an area you can go and re-charge, relax, have a nice lunch/dinner, swim, enjoy the breeze, read a book, work, enjoy the sunsets, etc. Milam's supermarket is walking distance (open until 11 PM) as well as Trader Joe's (open until 9 PM). The trolley is right behind our building and runs Monday through Saturday until 10 PM. It's a perfect way to get to Ponce/Miracle Mile. Pick up items/meds at Target. Go for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. Get your steps in, etc. I LOVE IT! It drops you back off at Merrick Park (if you don't want to walk back) or back at the Metro Station behind our building. The Metro Station is also convenient to attend concerts or head to Brickell without taking your car. So far, it is very quiet on my floor. I have never had issues with my neighbors. All I hear are fireworks once in a while which I don't mind. The cleaning and maintenance crew are very polite and helpful. Every time I call the concierge, they pick up. Core provides free coffee, yoga and spinning classes and they have invited the residents to some nice festive events. I can't wait to see what else they have in store. The location is perfect. It is clean and safe which is extremely important to me!!!! I am very happy so far. I would give it 5 stars but I have to wait how I feel a few months from now since unfortunately I haven't had a great experience in the past in other communities. I am hopeful!"
"The whole moving experience would not have been as smooth as it was without the lease team - they are superb! Stuff: 10/10 We were overseas when had the tour and signed the lease, we were back and forth with emails trying to make sure everything is going well and the team went above and beyond to assist us. We moved in today, saw the building and apartment in live for the first time and everything was as described and agreed upon. The girl at concierge was super helpful and kind too. The building: Location- excellent! Cleanness: spotless Organization: amazing The apartment had a minor issue like the disposal not working but they fixed it in less than 30 min. The only hustle we are having is with the booking of the service elevator in advance. Delivery is usually with a 4 hour window and the elevator should be booked in advance BUT the team at Core made extra effort to help us out so no worries about at all! The amenities are in a very good condition - we can’t wait to explore and use the gym, pool, business center and the social room :) Overall impression: 10/10"
"I moved into Core in October of 2021 and have had a great experience in the time that I've lived here. The lobby and amenities are super clean. The rooftop pool has incredible views of the Miami skyline and is the best place to watch the sunset. The Bozzuto team is extremely responsive to any questions and/or maintenance requests that I have. Miguel, the manager at Core, has always been very hands on and solution-oriented in addressing anything that may arise. He has done a great job managing the community. Last but not least, you can't beat the location! It is a 5 min walk from the Shops at Merrick Park, has easy access to US 1, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, 15 min drive to Brickell and downtown Miami, etc. I 100% recommend living at Core!"
