Flatbread House

"I placed an order for delivery to the hotel we are staying at. Tracking said it was supposed to be delivered a little before 9pm. Still hadn’t gotten the order around 9:20pm so I called and got voicemail. Upon calling the second time a woman answered, yelled at me saying something about her not speaking English, and hung up on me. I tried calling back 2 more times and couldn’t get an answer. The tracking on my order at this point said the order had been completed, despite the fact that I never got it. My husband ended up walking to the place to see what was going on and the woman working told him she didn’t feel like delivering it and that we could figure it out. She was very rude and by the time we got our food (after it sitting out for almost 2 hours), it was all cold. We ended up ordering from Dominos instead, got our food quick, it was hot, and the employees were very nice!"

"I ordered online and I wanted to adjust my order. And they do not pick up calls I called multiple times no answer if the restaurant is too busy they should hire someone for that!!"
