"I would like to say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had when filing my taxes. Were do I start. The only time my supposedly tax professional assisted me was when we filed . After that Natasha santos was no were to be found . She wrongfully filled my taxes. She put false information on my taxes . And never reached back out to correct her mistakes. Resulting in my taxes to be put on a hold. She put me in a horrible tax situation. I’ve reached out to the manager numerous of times. He either says he’s way to busy, or rushed me off the phone or just simply never returns my call. I am angry and disgusted with the way they have handled my taxes. & now still waiting for the rest of my money . My taxes was sent back to them because I no longer have the bank account that she filed my taxes with. I will be seeking to find help from higher management. & if my tax situation doesn’t get resolved or I get any further information in a week or less. I will be filing a complaint against with the irs. I do not recommend this tax company at all . They do not care at all about any kind of situation you are dealing with when it comes to your taxes . Worst experience ever ."
