Domino's Pizza

"It's a pizza place. All pizzas are good. Lol. Service was excellent. They made a mistake on my pizza. Had to wait longer than normal but employee offer to give me first pizza for free. I took it home and gave it to our miniature pigs. If you didn't already know pigs love pizza also. Lol. 2nd pizza was perfect. They tried to make things right for my extra wait time. I appreciate that."

"I ordered on the app, and every time I added something, it changed the crust on my pizza. When I picked up my pizza, I realized it did it one final time. I spoke with a young man who I believe was a manager. I also believe his name was Justin. Justin was friendly and was happy to work with me on the order. We have all but given up on the local pizza places around here. Justin has renewed my faith in ordering pizza again. Almost all others get my order wrong. This time, I guess I would be at fault for not correcting the order one last time. Thank you Domino's. You are officially my only pizza place. 5☆s"

"Not the best experience. I placed an order online had to call the store an hour later to check on it. It was clear that they had missed my order and had to start on it then. Fast forward 30min later I had track down the delivery driver as they were unable to find my house. (The house are close to each other in my community which can make it difficult) but they were so far off I had to drive to go pick it up. I was polite and did not raise a fuss. They never offered to discount or comp the pizza which I feel is good customer service considering we were over the 2hr mark for my food at this time. I was charged pizza, delivery, and tip due to me paying in advance. I will think twice before ordering delivery again."

"Pizza was COLD! We had to put it in the oven for 15 minutes to warm it. NO cheese in our stuffed cheese bread. Our cheese bread was doughy-not cooked. Garlic sauce was cold. Pizza looked like it was forgotten about under a non-warmer. Pizza wasn’t delivered in a warming bag. Very disappointed in our order."

"Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because of a lady named Amber. I ordered delivery at 1230pm I was told 40 min. I did not get the pizza until 230pm. Which ok, your busy I understand. I called back twice to get an update. (Reason I called back the second time was because they told me 5 min and another 30 passed) So fast forward what felt like a lifetime comes Jason the delivery driver. Who threw the pizza on the counter, slammed the double doors leaving what is a professional establishment, threw his bag in his car and took off! I wouldn’t and have never treated a paying customer like that. Thank you Amber for your great customer service skills and trying to make it right for me. I truly appreciate it"
