"United Concordia friendly!!! Loved this place! Got in for a consult last week, no referral needed. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out 5 days ago. I got the IV for the anesthesia, they were great with me hating needles and put a numbing cream on so all I felt was pressure. I woke up about an hour later and the healing process has been excellent so far! I’m so glad to have found this place!"

"My family has always had a pleasant experience with Dr. Elwell, and his staff! They handled all of our insurance claims and insurance pre~approval and clearly explained the financial and medical process. Appointments are quickly & easily made, and wait times are short. My daughter had to have 4 of her wisdom teeth removed, and had to undergo anesthesia. Rightfully so, she was nervous and the Dr. answered all of her questions, and was understanding and reassuring. After getting home a few days after surgery, my daughter called with some post~questions, and she was able to speak immediately with the nurse."

"Dr. Rowell and the staff was fantastic. They were super nice and friendly. I went there to get a scan on my wisdom teeth and during the scan they found an obstruction in my right nostril. They quickly sent me to a ENT doctor to get it dislodged in which if it wasn’t for them I would have no idea that was in my nostril. I came back got my wisdom teeth removed in less than an hour and everything healed up perfectly."

"Dr. Elwell’s office worked me in quickly for a dental emergency, which I greatly appreciated. The surgeon himself is competent and his staff was fine; but my experience overall was lacking and I will not return, nor can I in good faith recommend him to others. Dr. Elwell’s bedside manner is essentially nonexistent. He was sarcastic, rude, and completely void of compassion. I tend to ask a lot of questions due to a rather complex medical history and subsequent medical trauma, and it was as if he went out of his way to belittle me and make me feel dumb for even bringing up certain topics. As I said in the beginning of this review, he seemed competent and I’m sure he is a wonderful surgeon with a wealth of knowledge…but that is only half of the equation when it comes to excellent medical care."
