"This place got worse, the same people that were there, not there anymore, I’ll be leaving soon. They texted me yesterday and last week, and told me I have an appointment @3:00 today July 18th, I went to them @12:00 today on the 18th, to see if there’s any openings for earlier or last minute cancellations. The lady told me that it was cancelled, and someone called me. Mind you I called yesterday no one picked up & left a voicemail because it was closed, they even texted me saying that they’re closed and sent a reminder about the appointment today on the 18th. So how did someone call me yesterday? I received no calls or voicemails about my appointment. Therefore, if I didn’t go @12:00, I would have showed up @3:00pm for nothing. They need to be more organized. No wonder, they’re rated 2.8"

"I called ahead to ask for an earlier appointment. I was told that if my appointment is at 12 I will be seen at 12. It’s now 12:13 and people who arrived after me are being seen. I have been here since 11:45. Update: called in at approximately 12:18. Had to have nearly 20 x rays taken, was assured this was standard practice. Seemed like a lot. Update: after I made staff aware that I had to pick my children they put a rush in for me. The dentist was professional, gentle and kind. The staff were helpful and I appreciate their time. Thank you."

"My name is Ange Alexandre and I am a patient so are my 4 boys and my husband. I do not know where to start because there are too many good things to say about Pompano office and Lauderhill office, since I have been to both places. All doctors and staffs are professional and nice. I have been going there for more than 6 years and I love it love it. Lina from orthodontist department is wonderful and so concern about our braces since all of us wear braces and Invisalign. The hygienists they all are nice and very professionals. They always sent a text to remind you of your appointment. Overall 5 stars for both offices. Thank you guys for your service."
