"After talking to a rep, I chose their service because of low service charge, lower than my previous CPA. So, I expected to pay less than last year. I paid their monthly charges 2-3 months, so I did not expect to pay them later. But when I contacted them to do the 2020 tax filing after gathering my information, I was told to pay $1100 more to do the tax & not telling me what my tax numbers are. That was ripped off which they did not tell me at the beginning. & even worse, they're accusing me that I submitted the tax information late although I gave them 1 month before the deadline. So, I went back to my previous CPA who turned out to be charging much less than these guys. & the worst part was that another guy Diego from the affiliated company suddenly appeared in the email saying he's in charge with the service charges only after being asked why he was contacting me instead the rep whom I had been contacting all along for 5 months. Something is wrong with this company & the affiliated one, Curadebt."

"I contacted Quality Tax about an IRS debt which I believed was due to an error by my previous worker at H and R Block since my worker left H &R Block who would not take my calls. I had previously contacted another group but they were not able to do anything to help me either. Quality Tax came up as part of the IRS website as help for the consumer. My worker questioned mr about my assets and after receiving the last payment told me at the end of June that I could make payments directly to the IRS for $212 for the next 72 months. My confirmation documents arrived afterward and i was able to negotiate smaller payments with the IRS or what instruction they gave me. use Quality Tax when you're in serious trouble they are a lot more savvy than most tax services"
