The receptionist speaks no english or understand english, then I spoke with someone who does and he was rude, started to act real ugly and it’s not as if they are doing me a favor for free, I’m paying for the service so I expect to treated with respect! Juan Rey is very good at what he does, but the wait time is ridiculous and it’s rude! But I will never use them again every year is the same thing!!"

They need to improve their appointment / client management when it comes to being on time with every client appointment, especially during tax season, that's the only thing I would suggest fixing; other than that, I think they offer good service and they just need to work on that area to make their business more successful."
