"Maria is a liar and a fraud! I gave her the benefit of the doubt by giving her the business of doing my tax return’s. Just day’s after I thought she properly completed the job I payed her to do, I received a letter from the revenue department saying that the return was done incorrectly and with the wrong form’s. I sent her the letter, and after many text’s she finally responded, saying she would call them the following day to fix it, the following day came and didn’t hear from her all day, even though I repeatedly sent her messages asking if she’d called to get this mistake resolved. After pressuring her, she finally answered my call and told me she spoke with them and her only resolution to her disastrous mess was attacking the people from the revenue department, saying that she did it right and that they are wrong and she is right, and had no plan or idea to fix her mistakes! She thought denying that she was wrong would solve everything. That’s when I got very worried, realizing that I was dealing with a person who is extremely irrational and delusional. The next day I called and asked if they had spoken to her about my incorrect tax returns, they said nobody called. After that I reached out and asked her to refund the money I payed her for services that she did NOt complete, she refused to return my money. No matter how I explained to her that she created a mess with how she filed my return and that I must find a tax person that actually knows how to file peoples taxes correctly, and pay this other person to fix her mistakes, she still refused to return my money, and her reason was because she did it right and the tax department are all liar’s. I couldn’t believe what I was dealing with. She has forced me to take further action against her, because I will not allow her to just rob and steal peoples money and get away with it. Thankfully, I hired someone who is a real tax specialist and amended the garbage she created. My advice to all who read’s this is to run as far away from Maria Diaz as you can, don’t give this person with such incompetency touch your important documents. She is reckless and dangerous.
