When things like that happened to you call the irs , they currently building a case to get them. Not recommended"

"We scheduled an appointment here for today, got there on time, no one opened the door for us. We left the man that was helping us a voice note telling him we were outside he said: “mmm, im not there, some stuff came up and now your appointment will be on Monday, it’s better for me”. First of all, we are the clients and we had an appointment on the 14th at 2:00pm, it’s not my issue that “some stuff came up”, we came from very far away just for him to decide to “cancel” without prior notice. Second of all, everything was so unprofessional, from ignoring our appointment confirmation to those voice notes. I’m very disappointed. I will not recommend this place at all. Making all that advertisement just to receive such a poor experience."
