"When I called, she promised me a free consultation and urged me to just come in. At the end of our 15 minute discussion, she told me she was 'only' going to charge me $25 with no prior discussion or agreement on it. She sounded very friendly and helpful at first, but by the end of it she was giving me dirty looks and rushing me out without even offering any services for purchase. I offered to send her my electronic documents, and I brought many more with me on my computer. She did not look at my documents or do any filing or work for me. She gave me at least two pieces of incorrect information, and she gave me dirty looks when I told her what I needed help with. She literally told me that I need to do my 2021 taxes, when it's not possible in Nov 2021. She also told me that transcripts aren't available online, only through the mail. Which is wrong. She did not give me any helpful advice. After calling the free tax filing service I used last year, they actually helped me get clarity on what needed done and I got it done in less time than it took waiting in the ghetto store she's operating out of."
