"Poor service. Lack of consideration to customers willing to file their income taxes and leave. Called in and settled up an appointment, when I got there waited for more than an hour to see someone. Would not recommend it to anyone."

"Disrespectful and Horrible costumer services! I did my taxes at this office and after two months I called for some info and the representative named Iris pass my phone call and they made me wait over half an hour. I hanged up and I called back and then she didn’t take my call while the phone rang for 1 hour and 15 freaking minutes that I decided to try with my girlfriend number! Guess what!! She took the call right away... Iris you should get away from people! You are horrible at costumer service,you don’t treat clients that pay your salary at such a disrespectful way telling them to do whatever they want and stay impunes! Shame on you"

"Worst service EVER. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT ISSUES WITH THE IRS. I was recommended to Taxtore by friends, after having tax fraud and identity theft. I explained my situation to Taxtore when I first spoke with them, and they seemed to understand my situation. Among other errors in my tax return (and there were several), my address was COMPLETELY wrong, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you've had your identity stolen and there has been tax fraud committed in your name...it's a VERY big deal. Not only did they get the number in the address wrong (missed a number), but they invented an apartment number to add to the address - I lived in a house. When I brought it up, they said that it would not affect my return, as it was direct deposit, and they were correct...but because of that error, my official address in the IRS's records is incorrect, which means this year my identity protection pin was sent to a non-existent address. When I go to the IRS, I cannot prove I am me because the address is wrong. Once I give them my fake address (found in my 2015 tax return), they agree I am who I say I am, but can only send the pin there. So because of someone's lack of attention in such sensitive form preparation, I'm back in an identity proving limbo, filling endless forms, standing in huge lines at the IRS, and sitting on phone calls that get nowhere."
