"These people are a FRAUD! The reason you get such a high return is because they put down false information and apply tax credits that I never authorized or even applied to me. I asked for a copy of my taxes numerous times and never received it. A year later I received a $3k penalty from the IRS and when I contacted my tax preparer ( Joseph) his response was "good luck". They are crooks and only care about the money that goes into their pocket. I reported them to the IRS and Better Business Bureau. If they receive enough complaints (which they have) they will be under investigation very soon."

"Would give 0 stars if able. Due to the carelessness of the tax preparer, I now owe the IRS over $3k. He decided to add a credit that he assumed applied which did not; that I did not authorize. I was just recently notified by the IRS of this and when I contacted him, he conveniently could not locate my original documents. Additionally has not been helpful in resolving this issue. Would not recommend."

"Got a good refund. It was actually too good. The preparer did things she should not have by using self employed expenses when we aren't self employed. So I find out this year and we may be liable to pay back money because of what she did. Also, she got us more income credit than we were owed, could have to pay back. She also made a mistake on bank info and name on return. We had to wait extra 3 weeks for refund due to bank info mistake. For what we paid, the return should have been right."
