"I totally agree with her complaint. And for those who doubt, I have screenshots of all our conversations on WhatsApp. You can already have a good base on how bad service and tangled they are. It's been 3 months since I paid and (I think) my statement was made and to this day they haven't given me a copy. And I've asked for it countless times. At first, I received several excuses. I always had something different as an excuse. But it seems that these excuses have already been exhausted, because from the last message I sent, they didn't even respond, they responded. But on the day I was scheduled to make the declaration and payment, they didn't delay 1 minute. That's funny, isn't it?? And may God protect anyone who does business with them."
