"The truth is I had a very bad experience with this company, I would not recommend it at all, I would even tell people to never go to this place, my husband filed his taxes with these people in March 2021, it took them a long time to deliver them , I had to call a lot of times, they didn't care that there was a legal process involved, no matter how much we told them and until now in December we realized that they never did their taxes (since we checked on the page from IRS) and charged us a surprising amount of money to “do it.” We called the place to make the claim, to ask for proof that they sent the taxes, the first time she told me that she was going to send them, the second time she told me that she had a problem with the system, the third call They said that they had already called the person who had done the taxes for him to call me (which he never did) and the fourth time I called a different person answered, giving me the number of the man who does the taxes, and when I called him I called, the man was super rude to me, telling me that I had been calling all day for information that he was not going to give me because I was not on the taxes, I told him that my husband was here with me, since I am the one who handles these things for my husband, but he continued to be very rude and disrespectful, to which my husband couldn't stand it and asked for a refund, which the man refused to answer and continued speaking rudely. They don't care about the many times we asked them for things in a good way, they always left us waiting, knowing that we have a process to finish, they don't care about their clients, they have terrible customer service because if the man needs to check his identity I could ask him for the ss by phone, to confirm and thus send what we needed. But the man really wasn't interested since he answered, he was too rude and arrogant. Really terrible service. If I could give less than one star I would."
