"My air conditioning technician referred me to this company for a custom air filter frame but when I rang the bell the person ( a rude lady) that answered was very rude and did not open the door for me ( she opened the door slightly to speak and as I pulled on the door to open it she told me to stop!) She asked me "what do you want?" and I told her that my AC technician referred me for a custom filter. She told me that they don't do retail and closed the door. The rudest experience I've ever had in a place of business!"
