Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered pizza was told it was ready to pick up. Go to pick it up. Pizza was not what we ordered. Victor manager says that we're human and make mistakes. It is what it is had to sit there and wait for them to cook another pizza which in turn made me late for work. Victor is the worst manager I've ever spoke to of any company with any kind of issue. Victor should probably find a new job. I will be calling corporate to explain how Victor treats customers. Why waiting for the pizza to be cooked properly. Another customer was in there upset because her order was wrong as well and Victor was rude to her as well. Victor gets a one-star rating"

"The manager, I believe his name was Victor, is extremely kind and caring. The best part wasn’t the amazing food, but how kind and well to work out the manager is, and the one worker(unfortunately leaving soon) is awesome. He has big hand and looks like a hobbit and Bigfoot."

"Our driver did not speak english n couldnt find our site in oir campground nor understand basic directions. She spent so long driving around the pizza was cold. Seriously disappointed as i was starving for a bite. Im a TPN patient. (Food is IV fluids.) But my dr approved me to try a bite or 2 of solid food first time since august. Imagine the let down that cold sad pizza was. It would have been delicious if it had been even warm. This is all the drivers fault. She needs a new job sadly. Or a better way to communicate. Cuz even her helper that called was not helpful."

"Ordered breadsticks and pizza. Got there and just received the pizza. Was told no breadsticks were with the order even though the total I paid was for both. So I ordered more breadsticks and waited there until done. Went in and got them, came home, opened the box and there was a pizza for someone else with someone else's name on it. (It was dark when I got them) Tried calling and was put on hold for 20 min and still never did come back to phone. There's 3 Papa Johns in this area. Trust me, I'll be picking a different one next time! Not to mention the staff is not friendly at all"

"Pizza sauce had no flavor, very bland. Ordered pizza, garlic knots and bbq boneless wings, did not recieve the wings. I called the store and they said they didnt have any. So...why not call and let the customer know? Instead, not only was I not informed, and only delivered 2 of my 3 items, when I called the store, and they asked if I wanted a store credit, I told them no, I want a refund. They said it would take 2 - 3 days for my refund....today is 3 days and no refund. Not surprised. I work at a grocery store, I do not have lots to spend on take out food, this cost me close to $40. Definitely not worth the money, and I will be stopping into the store to get my refund."
